This weekly online class for anyone living with Parkinson's Disease. You will learn neuro-targeted exercises and mobility drills to improve movement and balance while also reducing pain, muscle stiffness and anxiety.

Navigating Balance Through the Nervous System Dates: April 5 & 6 In-person at Yoga Source Santa Fe The Compass Within: Navigating Balance Through the Nervous System is an immersive two-day workshop that blends lecture, hands-on neuro drills, and yoga to explore the neuroscience of balance. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how the vestibular, visual, and proprioceptive systems interact and contribute to stability, while learning to identify and address underlying deficits in these systems. Using vestibular, visual, and cerebellar drills, attendees will experience real-time improvements in balance and movement confidence. Day one focuses on foundational neuroanatomy and the basics of applied neurology, while day two delves into advanced techniques and deeper integration of these principles into movement practices, including yoga. Ideal for yoga practitioners, movement enthusiasts, and those curious about the brain-body connection, this workshop provides powerful tools to enhance balance and stability by leveraging the wisdom of the nervous system.

This is a recording of an immersive workshop that blends applied neurology techniques with somatic movement to cultivate a sense of safety and balance within your nervous system.
You’ll gain practical, neuroscience-backed tools, including cranial nerve stimulation, visual drills, and other brain-body techniques, empowering you to directly regulate stress and ease tension.

7 Days of Neuro Warm-ups
Learn how to train your brain and improve your mobility with 7-days of short format neuro training sessions. Each day, you'll receive a video ranging from 20-40 minutes, with specific training goals and step by step instructions for brain based training techniques. By the end of the 7-days, you will have a full tool box of applied neurology and mobility techniques to improve the function of your brain and body.

Upon purchase, you will receive a link to watch the 40 minute lecture and a separate link to watch the hour and 50 minute technique portion of the class.
What you will learn in this class:
● What proprioceptive maps are, how they become blurry and how blurry maps increase your brain's threat level.
● The basics of proprioceptive neurology.
● Sensory inputs to clarify your brain's sensory maps.
● Functional mobility drills to clarify your brain's motor maps (lower body).
● Functional Range Conditioning techniques to improve your active mobility (lower body).
● Simple and quick routines for your lower body that you can practice daily to move better and eliminate pain. This class will cover the following areas of the body: Lower Body (toes/feet/ankles/knees/hips/low back)

Abdominal Reset Workshop
The health of your body is governed by the health of your organs and gut. For many people, the holidays are marked by over indulgence in rich foods, alcohol and sugar. This can tax your organs and create inflammation in your intestines.
Join Anna for a unique class focused on mobilizing and hydrating your viscera. After a brief lecture on abdominal anatomy, we will begin with floor-based somatic movements to gently glide, traction and loosen the fascia of your belly. Then we will practice a sequence of yoga asana designed to promote the continued flow of blood, lymph and waste elimination through your belly. In the last 30-minutes of class, you will learn self-massage techniques for your organs and intestines and end class with a warm castor oil compress during savasana.
