1:1 Coaching Options

Initial Intake/Assessment
The initial intake and functional assessment session is the first step in creating a training program that will address the specific needs and deficits of your brain and body.
 
In this 90 minute session, we will start by discuss your history and the different factors that may be contributing to your present state of neurology and mobility. Then, after a series of neurological and functional mobility assessments, I will design a neuro-training program for you to practice daily to address those deficits.

​This service can be done in person in Santa Fe, NM or online via Zoom.

Weekly Neuro Coaching

Creating adaptation in your brain and body requires consistency and the best way to do that is with weekly neuro and mobility coaching. 

 

Each week you will learn new neuro targeted exercises and functional mobility techniques to train your body and nervous system.

 

The expectation is that you will invest in your own healing by practicing these techniques every day between sessions.

Weekly sessions can be in person or virtual. Virtual sessions can be recorded so you have a video to watch for homework.

$120 per session

(minimum of 4 sessions)

Spot Treatment Coaching
If you aren't ready to commit to weekly training or you simple want to address one issue at a time,  spot treatment training is the way to go. 
 
You will learn foundational neuro drills and mobility techniques that will get you started.  Whenever you are ready to learn more, you can request additional sessions.

$150 per session


*The initial intake & assessment appointment is a prerequisite for this service.

● This is a recording of a 2-hour immersive workshop that combines applied neurology techniques with somatic movements to cultivate safety and balance within your nervous system.

Learn how to train your brain and improve your mobility with 7-days of short format neuro training sessions.

Each day, you'll receive a video ranging from 20-40 minutes, with specific training goals and step by step instructions for brain based training techniques. By the end of the 7-days, you will have a full tool box of applied neurology and mobility techniques to improve the function of your brain and body. Techniques You Will Learn

● The basics of proprioceptive neurology.

● Sensory inputs to clarify your brains sensory maps.

● Functional mobility drills to clarify your brain's motor maps.

● Functional Range Conditioning techniques to improve your active mobility.

● Simple and quick routines for your lower body that

you can practice daily to move better and eliminate pain. This class will cover the lower Body (toes/feet/ankles/knees/hips/low back)

What this workshop covers:

● Brief lecture on abdominal anatomy to deepen your understanding of core structures

● Floor-based somatic movements to gently glide, traction, and loosen belly fascia

● Guided yoga asana sequence to enhance circulation, lymph flow, and waste elimination

● Hands-on self-massage techniques for the organs and intestines

● Relaxing savasana with a warm castor oil compress for deep nourishment and integration
