Inside the class, we’ll move through:

  • A gentle, floor-based somatic practice

  • Applied neurology techniques to create a sense of safety and ease

  • Guided meditation

The invitation

This class is for women.
Not because you have to be a mother,
but because in some way, all of us are creators and guardians of something or someone.

And most of us are tired…

Tired of holding, doing, managing, fixing, feeding.
Tired of carrying so much for so many.

This class is an opportunity to take time for yourself
and drop into something slower and nurturing.

Embodied Ease is a guided experience focused on:

  • Tools for settling your nervous system

  • Slowing down and quieting the mind

  • Letting your body soften without needing to accomplish

  • Being in community with other women from around the world

This is not about pushing, achieving, or optimizing.
It’s about pouring into yourself.

Props: A big blanket, a fabric strap, something that vibrates such as a massage tool or toothbrush, something that smells good, and a pillow or two
