Everything you've EVER done or experienced is driven by your brain. And everything you want to ACHIEVE depends on it functioning at its BEST.

So why not train it?

Through comprehensive neuro-assessments and functional range movement evaluations, I identify deficits in your nervous system and joints. Then, using targeted and specific techniques, I help rewire your brain and optimize your movement, unlocking greater performance, improved health, and lasting change.

I work with individuals seeking relief from a variety of challenges

These are ranging from nervous system dysregulation—such as PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, and post-concussion syndrome—to joint dysfunction and chronic pain. Many of my clients come to me after exhausting traditional avenues like doctors or physical therapy, eager to try something “different,” such as applied neurology.

Whether you’re dealing with persistent issues or simply want guidance in everyday pain relief, improved mobility, or enhanced performance, my approach is designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward greater ease and function.

  • Anna’s approach has been a revelation and a godsend.

Her deep understanding of not only how the brain works but also how to harness its healing power has been an absolute lifesaver. Having been written off by countless neuro experts as having ‘incurable’ concussion, Anna has proved them wrong by providing me with brain rebuilding tools to allow me to lead a life free from the constant threat of pain.

  • Sessions with Anna are time well-spent.

and my sessions with her have been extremely helpful. I no longer suffer from headaches and have substantially greater range of motion in my neck. I have done Yoga in the past and currently attend Pilates, but neither activity has given me the relief that I have gained from working with Anna.

  • My work with Anna has allowed me to access significantly improved mobility and use my body more dynamically and with less pain.

Her applied neurology approach has been extremely effective for me and has given me tools that I use beyond our sessions. The work we have done -- almost all of which has been via Zoom -- has let me live in my body more comfortably and joyfully.

    Issac B.

  • The tools she taught me directly interacted with my brain to help bring me back to a functional state relatively quickly.

I had suffered from multiple concussions over a period of several years. My balance was very compromised, I couldn’t concentrate,

I couldn’t process thoughts and I couldn’t drive. Having been a therapist myself, I have experienced a lot of different modalities in my life but nothing that remotely resembled the scope of Anna’s work.

  • Anna’s work has helped me hugely to heal from a long post-concussion after a TBI.

Her neurological drills have reduced nearly all of my symptoms by 90% or more, and given me effective tools to turn to when I need them. I’ve also recommended her to a number of friends with a range of neurological issues, who have all been thrilled by how much her work has helped them. Can't recommend her highly enough!

What To Expect

01

During our initial 90-minute intake session, we will conduct a series of neurological assessments, including visual and vestibular testing, physical coordination and frontal lobe tasks, and cranial nerve evaluations, to identify deficits in your unique nervous system.

02

From there, we will pinpoint specific drills that elicit a positive response from your brain, such as reduced pain, increased strength, or improved range of motion. These positive drills will form the foundation of your personalized homework plan.

03

Clients who consistently do their homework and engage fully in the process see the best results. I am not here to fix you; my role is to help you identify the inputs your brain and body need to heal and function better. The effort to create meaningful change lies with you. I expect a certain level of commitment to your own well-being.
