I’M ANNA GIESELMAN
Having lived with systemic lupus for over five years, I understand firsthand the challenges of chronic pain and illness and an understanding of the tools needed to heal
THIS PERSONAL JOURNEY HAS GIVEN ME A PROFOUND SENSE OF EMPATHY AND INSIGHT INTO THE RESILIENCE REQUIRED TO NAVIGATE LIFE WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS.
MY EDUCATION IN APPLIED NEUROLOGY INCLUDES
Comprehensive training with Z-Health, where I earned certifications in Essentials of Elite Performance, R-Phase, and Post-Concussion Rehabilitation, along with specialized courses on headaches, knee health, shoulder function, and low back pain. I completed a year-long mentorship with Next Level Neuro and hold a Neuro Somatic Intelligence certification, further expanding my knowledge of nervous system health and rehabilitation..
I also hold a 500-hour yoga teacher certification and SATYA certification from Prajna Yoga and am certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Functional Range Assessment (FRA) through Functional Range Systems. Earlier in my career, I spent over a decade as a manual therapist specializing in deep tissue techniques and studying structural integration through Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains.
Clients who consistently do their homework and engage fully in the process see the best results. I am not here to fix you; my role is to help you identify the inputs your brain and body need to heal and function better. The effort to create meaningful change lies with you. I expect a certain level of commitment to your own well-being. If you’re ready to explore this collaborative journey, I’d love to hear from you.
